Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the HowTo Repair Assistant mobile application (the "App") operated by us ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the App.

2. Description of Service

HowTo Repair Assistant is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze images of home repair problems and provide step-by-step repair instructions. The App includes features such as:

• Image upload and analysis using AI
• Generation of detailed repair instructions
• Saving favorite repairs for future reference
• Multi-language support

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

The App offers subscription-based access to premium features. Subscription details include:

• Monthly and annual subscription options
• Automatic renewal unless canceled
• Prices as displayed in the App Store

4.2 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.

4.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account
• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

4.5 Refunds

All purchases are final. Refund requests must be made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective refund policies.

5. User Content and Conduct

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the images you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your images solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or obscene
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from the App

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. AI-Generated Content

The repair instructions are generated using artificial intelligence technology. While we strive for accuracy:

• Instructions may contain errors or omissions
• Results may vary based on image quality and other factors
• We do not guarantee the suitability of instructions for your specific situation
• Always verify information with multiple sources before proceeding

9. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for violations of intellectual property rights.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
